In the heart of Bologna’s hills, in the village of Sirano di Marzabotto (close by the Piccolo Paradiso amusement park), we have a spacious apartment of about 110sqm.

The flat overlooks two sides of the building of which belongs: on the east side is located on the ground floor with an independent pedestrian entrance and the parking space, on the west side it overlooks a public park and it is raised of one floor from the ground level.

The landing is covered by an arcade of recent restructuring of wood and tiles. The units have a living room with access to terraces, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. They are provided fully furnished in harmony with the surroundings and equipped with the necessary comforts: dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning with dual hot / cold setting.
